Incidentally, the post that never saw the light of day:
Tell me why I just saw nine (9) cop cars with sirens & flashing lights respond to one (1) unarmed drunk &/or mentally ill lady wandering around laughing loudly to herself about having found her phone? (I'm not exaggerating that number, I counted twice.)
They practically tackled her & there were like six big dudes pinning her down & that was just the first few police cruisers, more of them just kept showing up like fruit flies to an overripe banana. Is this how the BPD is trying to justify their budget, by having the whole station show up to a call that only needs a few officers? WTF
