I am probably as blind as I am today because of the hours late at night spent sneaking books with a flashlight or the light from the hall. Also, you know how they tell you, when you're nearsighted, not to read with your glasses on because it'll make your eyes worse? Yeeeah. I didn't listen. XD It used to be that I could see clearly w/detail up to a foot and a half from my face; now it's more like seven inches...
