I don't know the exact proportion of uncoded fics, but I do know that I checked the very first stories in the full section and the coded filters, and they match up. Very first Naruto fanfic was 11.17.2001, this one chick writing...uh...it looked like SasuNaru or something.
(And the great thing about the character codes is that you don't have to worry about this and that and the other Kama Sutra, it's just Character A and Character B, any configuration. Nothing to fuss over with the SasuNaru fangirls versus the NaruSasu fangirls versus the SasuNaruSasu and the NaruSasuNaru and the oh my Jesus it never ends. @.@ Sasuke and Naruto in whichever order your heart desires plz. ^^; )
